At AB Insurance brokers Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that your concerns are resolved in a fair and timely manner. In accordance with IRDAI regulations, we have established a transparent grievance redressal process.


Connect with us

  • Policyholders can personally contact these designated Officials and seek redressal of their grievances.
  • The respective Grievance Redressal Officers or Ombudsperson of the ABIB branch/HO is available at their Offices for personal interviews with the customers between Monday to Friday between 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., except on holidays without prior appointment.
  • Customers can meet the Grievance Redressal Officers on other days also with prior appointment.
  • The names of the Grievance Redressal Officers are displayed in the respective Offices

How to Register a Complaint

You can lodge your grievance through any of the following channels:

  2. Customer service number: 1860-3070-4215 (Available Mon – Fri, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
  3. In-Person: Visit your nearest AB Insurance brokers Pvt. Ltd. branch during working hours. (Check Branch list)

Information Required

When submitting your complaint, please include:

  • Full name
  • Contact details (phone/email)
  • Policy number / claim number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Relevant supporting documents

Resolution Timelines

  • Acknowledgement: Immediately if visited in person. Else before 1 – 3 working days of receiving your grievance
  • Resolution: Within 7 to 15 working days from the date of receipt
